摘  要:试验旨在研究不同微藻对吉富罗非鱼生长性能、肠道消化酶活性及免疫功能的影响。选择480尾体重相近、健康的吉富罗非鱼随机分成4组,每组3个重复,每个重复40尾。对照组饲喂基础饲料,试验1组、试验2组、试验3组分别饲喂添加3.0%小球藻粉、3.0%螺旋藻粉、1.5%小球藻粉+1.5%螺旋藻粉的试验饲料。试验期6 w。结果显示:与对照组相比,试验3组吉富罗非鱼的末重显著增加(P<0.05),试验1组、试验2组和试验3组吉富罗非鱼的增重率显著增加(P<0.05),饲料系数显著降低(P<0.05),试验3组特定生长率显著提高(P<0.05);试验3组吉富罗非鱼的粗蛋白含量显著增加(P<0.05);与试验1组和试验2组相比,试验3组吉富罗非鱼的粗脂肪含量显著降低(P<0.05);所有微藻组吉富罗非鱼肠道中的蛋白酶活性显著提高(P<0.05)。所有微藻组吉富罗非鱼血清中总超氧化物歧化酶(T-SOD)活性显著提高(P<0.05),试验2组和试验3组血清丙二醛(MDA)含量显著降低(P<0.05)。所有微藻组吉富罗非鱼的免疫球蛋白M(IgM)含量显著增加(P<0.05),试验3组溶菌酶(LSZ)活性显著提高(P<0.05)。研究表明,在吉富罗非鱼饲料中添加小球藻粉、螺旋藻粉可以改善生长性能,提高消化酶活性,增强机体非特异性免疫力,以小球藻粉与螺旋藻粉联合添加效果较好。The experiment aimed to investigate the effects of different microalgae on the growth performance,intestinal digestive enzyme activity,and immune function of Oreochromisniloticus.A total of 480 healthy Oreochromisniloticus with similar body weights were randomly divided into four groups,each with three replicates and 40 fish per replicate.The control group was fed a basal diet,while the experimental groups 1,2,and 3 were fed experimental diets supplemented with 3.0%Chlorellapowder,3.0%Spirulinapowder,and 1.5%Chlorellapowder+1.5%Spirulinapowder,respectively.The experimental period lasted for six weeks.The results showed that compared with the control group,the final weight of Oreochromisniloticusin experimental group 3 increased significantly(P<0.05),and the weight gain rate of Oreochromis niloticusin experimental groups 1,2,and 3 increased significantly(P<0.05),with a significant decrease in feed coefficient(P<0.05).The specific growth rate of Oreochromisniloticusin experimental group 3 increased significantly(P<0.05).The crude protein content of Oreochromisniloticus in experimental group 3 increased significantly(P<0.05),while the crude fat content was significantly lower in experimental group 3 compared to experimental groups 1 and 2(P<0.05).The protease activity in the intestines of Oreochromisniloticus in all microalgae groups increased significantly(P<0.05).The total superoxide dismutase(T-SOD)activity in the serum of Oreochromis niloticus in all microalgae groups increased significantly(P<0.05),and the serum malondialdehyde(MDA)content in experimental groups 2 and 3 decreased significantly(P<0.05).The immunoglobulin M(IgM)content in Oreochromisniloticusin all microalgae groups increased significantly(P<0.05),and the lysozyme(LSZ)activity in experimental group 3 increased significantly(P<0.05).The study show that the addition of Chlorella powder and Spirulina powder to the diet of Oreochromisniloticus can improve growth performance,enhance digestive enzyme activity,and strengthen non-specific immunity,with t
