摘　　要：脂肪酸结合蛋白4(FABP4)是脂肪酸结合蛋白家族的一员,主要表达于动物巨噬细胞和脂肪细胞内,通过脂肪酸转运参与细胞代谢和细胞信号转导等生物学过程,与炎症反应、肥胖、糖尿病、动脉粥样硬化和心血管疾病等密切相关。在畜禽生产中,FABP4可通过调控脂肪沉积速度影响畜禽生长与饲料利用效率,通过改变脂肪沉积位置与方式影响肉质风味,检测FABP4水平可以预防一些代谢类疾病的发生。在遗传改良中,FABP4可作为潜在的遗传标记,提高畜禽生产性能,加快育种进度。同时,FABP4与蛋、奶等畜禽副产品生产有关。文章将对FABP4的基因结构、生物学功能及其在畜禽生产中的应用进行概述,以期为畜禽生产实践和育种选择提供参考。Fatty acid binding protein 4(FABP4)is a member of the fatty acid binding protein family and is mainly expressed in macrophages and adipocytes of animals.It participates in cell metabolism and cell signaling transduction through fatty acid transport and is closely related to inflammatory responses,obesity,diabetes,atherosclerosis,and cardiovascular diseases.In livestock and poultry production,FABP4 can affect the growth and feed utilization efficiency of animals by regulating the rate of fat deposition,influence meat quality and flavor by changing the location and mode of fat deposition,and predict the occurrence of some metabolic diseases by measuring FABP4 levels.In genetic improvement,FABP4 can serve as a potential genetic marker to enhance livestock and poultry production performance and accelerate breeding progress.Additionally,FABP4 is associated with the production of by-products such as eggs and milk.This article will provide an overview of the gene structure,biological function,and applications of FABP4 in livestock and poultry production to offer references for practical production and breeding selection in this field.
