摘　　要：青贮作为一种重要的饲料保存方式,在畜牧业中具有广泛的应用前景。与干草制品相比,青贮饲料具有材料来源广、制作方便、储存时间长、适口性好、动物采食率与消化率高、营养成分流失少、营养品质高等优点,能够有效缓解冬春季节草畜供需矛盾,提高动物的生产性能。青贮技术如青贮原料的种类、制备技术、营养成分与发酵特性等影响因素均会直接影响青贮饲料的品质。因此,文章综述了青贮原料制备技术及影响青贮饲料品质的影响因素,为促进青贮饲料的生产与应用提供参考。As an important feed preservation method,silage has a wide application prospect in animal husbandry.Compared with hay products,silage has the advantages of wide material sources,convenient production,long storage time,good palatability,high animal feeding rate and digestibility,less nutrient loss and high nutrient quality,which can effectively alleviate the contradiction between supply and demand of grass and livestock in winter and spring,and improve the production performance of animals.Silage technology such as the type of silage raw materials,preparation technology,nutrition and fermentation characteristics will directly affect the quality of silage.Therefore,the preparation technology of silage raw materials and the factors affecting the quality of silage diet were reviewed in this paper,so as to provide reference for promoting the production and application of silage.
