摘 要:加快提升畜牧业绿色发展竞争力有助于提高畜牧业经济效益和社会效益,对于构建“草畜平衡、协调发展”的可持续发展格局具有重要现实意义。文章基于2012—2023年我国31个省份的面板数据,使用熵值法测度畜牧业绿色发展竞争力水平,并借助双向固定效应模型系统探讨畜牧业绿色发展竞争力的影响因素。结果显示:2012—2023年中国畜牧业绿色发展竞争力水平呈现平稳上升态势;我国畜牧业绿色发展竞争力水平提升主要得益于资源高效利用和绿色生产水平提高;三大区域畜牧业绿色发展竞争力水平最高的是农区,其次是农牧交错区,最后是牧区;人力资本、科技进步、绿色金融、环境规制和财政支农均有利于提升畜牧业绿色发展竞争力,信息化水平的影响效应不显著。研究表明,未来应加快推广畜禽清洁技术、粪污资源化利用技术,提高绿色畜禽产品质量,全面增强畜牧业绿色发展竞争力,助力农业强国建设。Vigorously enhancing the competitiveness of green development in animal husbandry can help improve the economic and social benefits of animal husbandry,and is of great practical significance for building a sustainable development pattern of'balanced and coordinated development of grass and livestock'.Based on panel data from 31 provinces in China from 2012 to 2023,the entropy method was used to measure the level of competitiveness in green development of animal husbandry,and a two-way fixed effects model was used to focus on exploring the influencing factors of competitiveness in green development of animal husbandry.The results showed that from 2012 to 2023,the competitiveness level of green development in Chinese animal husbandry has shown a steady upward trend.In terms of dimensions,the improvement of green development competitiveness in Chinese animal husbandry is mainly due to the efficient utilization of resources and the improvement of green production level.At the regional level,the agricultural region has the highest level of competitiveness in green development of animal husbandry in the three major regions,followed by the agricultural pastoral transitional zone,and finally the pastoral area.From the perspective of influencing factors,human capital,technological progress,green finance,environmental regulations,and fiscal support are all conducive to enhancing the competitiveness of animal husbandry's green development,while the impact of informatization level for agriculture is not significant.The study indicates that in the future,efforts should be made to accelerate the promotion of clean technologies for livestock and poultry,the utilization of manure resources,improve the quality of green livestock and poultry products,comprehensively enhance the competitiveness of green development in animal husbandry,and assist in the construction of an agricultural power.
