摘 要:为优化甘蒙柽柳古树扦插繁殖技术,开展甘蒙柽柳成年植株扦插繁殖试验。结果表明:(1)春季扦插生根率最高可达81.95%;(2)GGR_6处理可提高平均生根量、平均根长、平均侧根数,是更适合甘蒙柽柳古树扦插的激素;(3)本研究采用的扦插方法可提高生根率,缩短生根周期至50天,且具有操作便捷,管理简单的特点。To improve the cutting propagation technique for ancient Tamarix austromongolica trees,a study was conducted that focused on the propagation of mature specimens of this species.The findings indicate the following:(1)The optimal rooting rate can reach 81.95%when cutting propagation is conducted in the spring;(2)The application of GGR6 treatment significantly enhances the average number of roots,average root length,and average number of lateral roots,thereby establishing it as a more effective hormone for the cutting propagation of ancient Tamarix austromongolica trees;(3)The cutting method employed in this research not only increases the rooting rate but also reduces the rooting duration to 50 days,while being characterized by ease of operation and straight forward management.
