摘 要:为探究小兴安岭黄檗种群结构与动态特征,以小兴安岭野生黄檗种群为研究对象,在集中分布区域设置典型样地并进行调查,利用生命表、存活曲线和生存函数分析黄檗种群结构和动态特征,并采用时间序列预测种群未来生长变化趋势。结果显示:(1)黄檗种群年龄结构大体上呈现为增长型。(2)黄檗种群存活曲线为DeeveyⅡ型;数量动态变化指数V_(pi)为56.21%,属于增长型种群;■值接近0,说明黄檗种群抗外界干扰能力较弱。(3)生存分析表明,种群具有前期增长、中期稳定、后期衰退的动态变化特征。(4)时间序列预测表明,现阶段黄檗种群比较适应其生存环境,在短时间内还没有种群灭绝的危险。综上所述,黄檗种群幼龄个体较多,也有一定的更新潜力,但幼苗密度大导致种内竞争激烈,加之种群抗外界因素干扰能力较差致使其濒危,建议通过设立保护小区、人工辅助扩大种群规模、避免人为砍伐破坏等方式对黄檗种群进行保护。In order to explore the population structure and dynamic characteristics of Phellodendron amurense in xiaoxing'an Mountains,the wild population of Phellodendron amurense was taken as materials,and the concentrated distribution area of the population was set as a typical sample plot to survey,the characteristics of population structure were described by establishing a static life table,drawing a population survival curve and calculating survival function,and the future development trend of Phellodendron amurense was speculated by time sequence prediction model.The results showed that:(1)The population structure of Phellodendron amurense was increasing type.(2)The population survival curves showed the Deevey-Ⅱtype,indicating that the mortality rates in different age classes were similar.The number dynamic index of entire population structure V_(pi) is 56.21%,with Vpi′approaching zero,suggesting population growth and week anti-interference ability.(3)Survival analysis showed that the population growth in the early stage, stability in the middle stage, and decline in the later stage. (4)Time series analysis indicated that the population is relatively adapted to its living environment at this stage and there is no immediate risk of extinction in the short term.In summary, there are more young individuals in the Phellodendron amurense population and it has certain regeneration potential, but the high seedling density leads to intense intraspecial competition, and the poor resistance of the population to external factors makes it endangered. The results suggested to protect Phellodendron amurense population by setting up small nature reserve, artificially expanding population size, avoiding deforestation.
