杨梅枝叶凋萎病的营养器官结构特征分析

摘  要:运用植物显微技术研究杨梅枝叶凋萎病的营养器官结构特征,揭示患病植株的组织结构变化。实验结果表明杨梅患枝叶凋萎病的植株根部分生区存在病菌组织,成熟区病菌侵入到皮层和维管柱,横向疏导途径被阻断。茎部导管出现成单晶或簇晶堵塞导管,输导水分和无机盐的能力减弱;筛管联络索发生收缩现象,导致茎部有机物的运输受阻;叶的上表皮、栅栏组织和叶片厚度变小,栅栏组织与海绵组织厚度的比值降低(PT/ST),叶片气孔密度增加,叶的抗寒性、抗旱性变差。通过杨梅枝叶凋萎病植株的营养器官结构特征研究,为提高杨梅经济产量和开展综合防治提供理论依据。Using plant microscopy technology to study structural characteristics of vegetative organs of the twig and leaf blight in Myrica rubra can reveal the tissue structure changes of diseased plants.The experimental results show that there is fungal tissue in the meristematic zone of diseased plants,and fungi invade the cortex and vascular bundle in the maturation zone,thereby blocking the horizontal transport pathway.The stem vessels appear single crystal or cluster crystal blockage,resulting in weakened ability to transport water and inorganic salts;the connacting strend of sieve-tube contracted,hindering the transport of organic matter in the stem.The thickness of the upper epidermis,the palisade parenchyma,and the leaf blade become thinner,the ratio of the palisade parenchyma to the spongy parenchyma thickness(PT/ST)decreases,and the stomata density of the leaf increases,leading to the cold and drought resistance of leaves decreases.By studying structural characteristics of vegetative organs of the twig and leaf blight in M.rubra,theoretical basis can be provided for improving the economic yield of M.rubra and carrying out comprehensive prevention and control.
