庆安兴山林场落叶松毛虫监测及赤眼蜂防治效果

摘　　要：【目的】:明确庆安兴山林场落叶松毛虫危害程度,利用寄生性天敌昆虫赤眼蜂防治落叶松毛虫,t通过不同释放量确定其最佳释放量,有效控制落叶松毛虫。【方法】:通过野外观察震落法监测落叶松毛虫危害程度,通过赤眼蜂不同释密度评价其效应及防治效果。【结果】:通过对庆安兴山林场试验地落叶松毛虫监测,其危害程度为轻度。释放密度为4个标准蜂卡/亩、6个标准蜂卡/亩和8个标准蜂卡/亩,防治效果分别为66.67%、74.69%和77.54%。6个标准蜂卡/亩和8个标准蜂卡/亩的防治效果显著高于4个标准蜂卡/亩(P<0.05),而6个标准蜂卡/亩和8个标准蜂卡/亩的防治效果之间差异不显著(P<0.05)。【结论】:庆安兴山林场落叶松林落叶松毛虫轻度发生时,可采用释放赤眼蜂6个标准蜂卡/亩的释放量达到有效的控制。同时该结果为当地其他林场及其他区域利用赤眼蜂防治落叶松毛虫提供了参考依据。【Purpose】To clarify the degree of harm caused by Dendrolimus superans in Xingshan Forest Farm in Qing′an,and to use the parasitic natural enemy insect Trichogramma to control Dendrolimus superans.The optimal release amount was determined by different release amounts to effectively control the Dendrolimus superans.【Method】The degree of damage caused by Dendrolimus superans was monitored through field observation using the shake drop method,and its effectiveness and control effects were evaluated through different release densities of Trichogramma.【Result】Through monitoring Dendrolimus superans in the experimental site of Xingshan Forest Farm in Qing'an,the degree of harm is mild.The release densities were 4 standard bee cards/acre,6 standard bee cards/acre,and 8 standard bee cards/acre,with control effects of 66.67%,74.69%,and 77.54%,respectively.The control effect of 6 standard bee cards/acre and 8 standard bee cards/acre was significantly higher than that of 4 standard bee cards/acre (P<0.05), while the difference in control effect between 6 standard bee cards/acre and 8 standard bee cards/acre was not significant (P<0.05). 【Conclusion】 When the occurrence of Dendrolimus superans is mild in the deciduous pine forest of Xingshan Forest Farm in Qing′an, effective control can be achieved by releasing 6 standard bee cards/acre of red eyed wasps. At the same time, this result provides a reference for other forest farms and other regions in the area to use Trichogramma to control Dendrolimus superans.
