液体硅树脂的陶瓷化行为及对EVA/MH的协效阻燃作用

摘  要:利用二甲基二乙氧基硅烷和乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷在酸催化作用下共水解缩合,制备了系列具有类笼形网络结构的液体硅树脂,并考察了它们在1000℃高温下的陶瓷化形为。进一步研究了陶瓷化转化率较高的DT11液体硅树脂在乙烯醋酸乙烯共聚物(EVA)/氢氧化镁(MH)共混体系中的协效作用,及其对复合材料阻燃性和燃烧行为的影响。结果表明,DT11与MH的协同阻燃效果明显,能够提高复合材料的热稳定性,减少可燃性气体的生成,改善成炭性。当EVA、MH、DT11的质量比为50∶48∶2时,极限氧指数达到47%,较EVA/MH的增幅为88%。EVA/MH/DT11复合材料在燃烧过程中快速形成结构化炭层,有效阻隔了热量和可燃性气体的传递,使热释放速率下降35.1%,总热释放量减少13.5%,总烟释放量增加15.3%。A series of liquid silicone resin with cage structure were prepared by co-hydrolysis-condensation of dimethyl dimethyldiethoxysilane and vinyl triethoxysilane,with protonic acid as catalyst,and their ceramic behaviors at 1,000℃were investigated.The synergistic effect of liquid silicone resin DT11 in ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer(EVA)/magnesium hydroxide(MH)blends,as well as its impact on the flame retardancy and combustion behavior of the composites were investigated.The results reveal that DT11 exhibits a significant synergistic flame-retardance with MH,enhancing the thermal stability of the composites,reducing the generation of combustible gas,and improving char formation.When the mass ratio of EVA,MH and DT11 is 50∶48∶2,the composite shows the LOI value of 47%,which is 88%higher than that of EVA/MH.During combustion,the EVA/MH/DT11 composite rapidly develops a structured char layer that effectively impedes heat transfer and combustible gas transport,resulting in 35.1%reduction in PHRR and 13.5%reduction in THR,while TSP increases by 15.3%.
