摘　　要：以自制硅树脂乳液为基础,将其与国内外4种代表性的市售硅树脂乳液进行了性能对比,并研究了固化温度、硅树脂乳液类型和硅树脂含量对耐高温水性涂层性能的影响。结果表明:相较于市售产品,自制耐高温硅树脂乳液具有纳米级窄粒径分布、极低的挥发性有机化合物含量、优异的存放稳定性和耐热性,300℃质量损失不超过2.50%。自制硅树脂乳液制备的水性涂料最佳固化条件为250℃固化30 min,其水性涂层的铅笔硬度和附着力分别达到2H和0级,经600℃处理2 h后,涂层附着力仍可达到0级,且涂层完整无黄变,性能优于市售产品制备的涂层。当自制硅树脂乳液用量为75%时,有机硅/丙烯酸酯乳液复合涂层的综合性能与纯硅树脂乳液涂层性能相当。该自制硅树脂乳液具有优异的乳液稳定性、耐高温性能和环境友好特性,为环境友好型耐高温水性硅树脂涂料的制备提供了可行方案。The performance of self-made silicone emulsion was compared with those of four representative commercial silicone resin emulsions at home and abroad,and the effects of curing temperature,the type of emulsion and silicone resin content on the properties of water-resistant coatings were studied in details.The results show that compared with the commercially available products,the self-made silicone resin emulsion exhibits narrow distribution of particle size,extremely low VOC content,excellent storage stability and heat resistance,and the mass loss is less than 2.50%at 300℃.The waterborne coating prepared by self-made silicone emulsion exhibits the best properties cured at 250℃for 30 min,and its pencil hardness and adhesion reach 2H and 0 respectively.After being treated at 600℃for 2 h,the adhesion of coatings can still reach level 0,and the coatings are complete without yellowing,which are superior to those of water-based coatings prepared by commercial products.When the content of silicone emulsion is 75%,the comprehensive performance of silicone/acrylate composite coating is comparable to that of pure silicone resin emulsion coating.The self-made silicone resin emulsion has excellent emulsion stability,high temperature resistance and environment-friendly properties,which providing a feasible protocol for the preparation of water-based silicone resin coating.
