摘  要:为探究脱醇型RTV-1硅橡胶贮存稳定性机理,通过外加无水甲醇模拟脱醇型RTV-1硅橡胶水解过程脱出的甲醇,研究了甲醇质量分数对脱醇型RTV-1硅橡胶加速贮存后性能的影响,并采用红外光谱、库仑滴定、热失重、拉曼光谱分析表征了甲醇与羟基硅油的化学反应过程,推导出脱醇型RTV-1硅橡胶贮存稳定性变化的机理。结果表明:在70℃下加速贮存5 d后,甲醇的存在会使密封胶的施工性能和力学性能显著下降,进而使其丧失使用价值。研究进一步表明,甲醇会与羟基硅油中的Si—OH反应,生成Si—O—CH_(3),推断出脱醇型RTV-1硅橡胶贮存稳定性变化的主要原因在于脱醇反应和端羟基的平衡化反应。To study the storage mechanism of dealcoholized RTV-1 silicone rubber,the process of released methanol in hydrolysis was simulated by adding anhydrous methanol.The effect of mass fraction of methanol on the performance of dealcoholized RTV-1 silicone rubber was investigated after accelerated storage.The process between methanol and hydroxyl silicone oil was characterized by infrared spectroscopy,coulomb titration,thermogravimetric analysis,and Raman spectroscopy,leading to the derivation of the mechanism for the storage change of dealcoholized RTV-1 silicone rubber.The results indicate that after 5 days of accelerated storage at 70℃,methanol significantly decreases construction and mechanical properties of the sealant,rendering it essentially unusable.Further research reveals that methanol reacts with Si—OH groups in the hydroxyl silicone oil to form Si—O—CH_(3).It is inferred that the main reasons for the change in storage stability of dealcoholized RTV-1 silicone rubber are the dealcoholization and the equilibration of terminal hydroxyl groups.
