红外光谱法测定有机硅副产酸水中硅氧烷含量

摘  要:以正庚烷为萃取剂萃取出有机硅副产酸水中的硅氧烷,分离后采用红外光谱法对有机相进行测定,通过观察1261 cm^(-1)处硅氧烷Si—CH_(3)的特征吸收峰强度,并结合外标法进行硅氧烷的定量分析。结果表明,当溶液中硅氧烷含量为100~3000μg/g时,硅氧烷浓度与其红外吸收峰强度呈良好的线性关系,相关系数为0.9998。经精密度测试,该方法的相对标准偏差均小于3%;进一步通过标准样品和加标回收实验,测得准确度和回收率均在95%~105%之间,表明该方法有较好的准确性和可靠性,为生产实践提供了重要的参考依据。The siloxane was extracted from the by-product acid water of organosilicon with n-heptane as extractant,and the organic phase after separation was determined by FTIR.The characteristic absorption peak intensity of siloxane at 1,261 cm^(-1) was observed,and the quantitative analysis was carried out by external standard method.The results show that when the siloxane in the solution is in the range of 100~3,000μg/g,the siloxane concentration has a good linear relationship with the infrared absorption peak intensity,and the correlation coefficient is 0.9998.The precision test shows that the method has less than 3%of relative standard deviation(RSD).The accuracy and recovery rate are in 95%~105%,which shows that it has good accuracy and reliability,and provides an important reference for production.
