摘  要:硅树脂独特的半有机半无机特性,使其不仅具有优异的耐高低温、抗老化及抗氧化性,而且可在不影响其加工性和机械性能的情况下,提升高分子材料的热稳定性和阻燃性。同时硅树脂在燃烧过程中能够显著减少卤化氢等有害气体的释放,是一种高效、无卤且环保的阻燃材料,因此受到了阻燃领域的广泛关注。本文综述了硅树脂的热稳定性机理,并对阻燃硅树脂进行了分类总结,阐述了当前阻燃硅树脂的研究进展及复合阻燃硅树脂体系之间的协同效应,详细综述了各类阻燃硅树脂的研究状况和发展趋势,最后展望了阻燃硅树脂的发展方向。Due to its unique semi-organic and semi-inorganic characteristics,silicone resin not only exhibits excellent high and low temperature resistance,anti-aging and oxidation resistance,but also can strengthen the thermal stability and flame retardant of polymers without compromising its processability and mechanical properties.During combustion,silicone resin can significantly reduce the release of harmful gases,such as hydrogen halides,making it an efficient,halogen-free,and environmentally friendly flame retardant materials.Thus it has attracted widespread attention in the field of flame retardancy.This paper reviews the thermal stability mechanism of silicone resin,classifies and summarizes the flame retardant silicone resin,discusses the syn ergistic effects within composite flame retardant silicone resin,provides a detailed research and development trends of various flame retardant silicone resin,and looks forward to the development of flame retardant silicone resin.
