摘 要:六氟化硫气体被广泛应用于金属冶炼、大气示踪、电子制造等行业,因绝缘强度高,被重点用作高压电气设备及配电网络的绝缘介质。在从生产、应用至回收再利用的全流程使用中,八氟丙烷作为杂质或反应产物,其测量结果可用于优化生产工艺、控制产品质量或反应六氟化硫气体的工作状态,因此其准确测量至关重要,需要配备合适的标准物质作为测量依据。针对六氟化硫中八氟丙烷杂质的分析需求,开展了六氟化硫为平衡气的八氟丙烷气体标准物质的研制,物质的量分数范围为(50.0~100)μmol/mol。开发了对八氟丙烷的气相色谱分析方法,相对标准偏差优于0.1%,精密度良好。对标准物质特性量值的均匀性、稳定性、不确定度进行了评价。结果显示:该气体标准物质在12个月内稳定性良好,特性量值的相对扩展不确定度为1%(k=2)。Sulfur hexafluoride(SF_6)gas is widely used in the fields of metal smelting,atmospheric tracing,electronics manufacturing,etc.Specially,due to high dielectric strength,sulfur hexafluoride is also employed in high-voltage electrical equipment and power distribution networks as an insulating medium.As an impurity or reaction product,octafluoropropane(C_3F_8)exists in the whole process for sulfur hexafluoride from production,application to recycling,its content measurement results can be used to optimize production processes,control product quality or relate to the operating status of SF6 gas.Therefore,accurate measurement for C_3F_8 is crucial and requires the appropriate reference material to be the basis.In this paper,the gaseous certified reference material(CRM)for octafluoropropane with sulfur hexafluoride as balance gas was developed in view of the analysis needs of octafluoropropane impurity in pure sulfur hexafluoride.The mole fraction range of the CRM is(50.0~100)μmol/mol.A gas chromatographic method for octafluoropropane analysis was developed,its relative standard deviation smaller than 0.1%,which shows good precision.The homogeneity,stability and uncertainty of the standard gas were evaluated.The results show that the gas reference material has good stability within 12 months,and the relative extended uncertainty assigned for the characteristic quantity's value is 1%(k=2).
