粤北水稻秸秆生物炭制备和表征及其对Cd^(2+)吸附性能研究

摘  要:为探究不同热解温度和热解时间在制炭过程中对水稻秸秆生物炭的理化性质及其对水溶液中镉离子的吸附性能影响。本研究以10℃·min^(-1)的速率,在热解温度300、500、700℃和热解时间1、2、3 h下采用马弗炉制备生物炭,对生物炭的产率、灰分、pH值、元素组成、比表面积、表面官能团、微观结构进行表征并研究其吸附性能,结果表明:热解温度和热解时间对生物炭产率,灰分含量、pH、元素组成、表面形貌和官能团均有显著的影响,随着热解温度的升高,生物炭的灰分含量、pH值、碳元素含量、比表面积和吸附性能逐渐增加,丰富了生物炭的表面结构和芳香化程度,但会降低产率和官能团的数目。热解时间只有在低温300℃下,随着热解时间的延长,炭化更完全,影响其理化性质和吸附性能。综合考虑,比起热解时间,热解温度对生物炭理化性质影响更大,从产率、耗能与对Cd^(2+)吸附性能考虑,热解温度500℃、热解时间1 h制备的水稻秸秆炭更具应用价值。To investigate the physicochemical properties of rice straw biochar prepared at different pyrolysis temperatures and times,and its effect on the adsorption performance of Cd^(2+)in aqueous solutions during the carbonization process.This study used a muffle furnace to prepare biochar at a rate of 10℃·min^(-1)at pyrolysis temperatures of 300,500,700℃and maintenance times of 1,2,and 3 hours.The yield,ash content,pH,elemental composition,specific surface area,surface functional groups,microstructure were characterized and its adsorption performance was researched.The results showed that pyrolysis temperature and pyrolysis time had a significant impact on the yield,ash content,pH,elemental composition,surface morphology,and functional groups of biochar.As the pyrolysis temperature increased,the ash content,pH,carbon element content,specific surface area,and adsorption performance of biochar gradually increased.Increasing and enriching the surface structure and aromatization degree of biochar will reduce the yield and number of functional groups.The pyrolysis time is only at a low temperature of 300℃,With the extension of pyrolysis time,carbonization becomes more complete,which affects its physicochemical properties and adsorption performance.Overall,compared to pyrolysis time,pyrolysis temperature has a greater impact on the physicochemical properties of biochar.In terms of yield,energy consumption,and Cd^(2+)adsorption,rice straw biochar prepared at a pyrolysis temperature of 500℃and a pyrolysis time of 1 hour has more practical value.
