摘 要:本研究选用HLB固相萃取小柱对油田采出液中微量的月桂基甜菜碱(LAB)和月桂酰胺基丙基甜菜碱(LAPB)进行提取。而后选用HILIC色谱柱进行分离,蒸发光散射检测器进行分析实现了LAB和LAPB的分离与检测。实验中确定了最佳萃取条件:在中性弱碱性条件下,以0.8 mL·min^(-1)的流速加载工作溶液。上样结束后,使用1.0 mL的甲醇以0.2 mL·min^(-1)的流速对小柱上吸附的分析物进行洗脱。在最佳萃取条件下,LAB在0.2~15mL·L^(-1)取值范围内,满足二次拟合方程Y=18.554X2+120X+8.658,LAPB在0.1~15 mL·L^(-1)取值范围内,满足二次拟合方程Y=16.737X2+208.1X-21.63,相关系数R^(2)≥0.9992。本研究中LAB和LAPB的检出限为0.06 mL·L^(-1)和0.03 mL·L^(-1),定量限为0.20 mL·L^(-1)和0.10 mL·L^(-1)。日内和日间相对标准偏差分别为1.31%~2.23%和3.15%~3.36%。油田采出液中两种甜菜碱的实际加标回收率为86.48%~100.96%。In this study,an HLB solid phase extraction column was selected to capture the quantitative detection of trace amounts of lauryl betaine(LAB)and lauroylamide propylbetaine(LAPB)in the oil field extraction fluid.Afterwards,a HILIC column was selected for the separation and an evaporative light scattering detector was used for the analysis to realize the separation and detection of LAB and LAPB.The optimal extraction conditions were determined:the working solution was loaded at a flow rate of 0.8 mL·min^(-1)under neutral and weakly alkaline conditions.At the end of loading,the analytes adsorbed on the column were eluted using1.0 mL of methanol at a flow rate of 0.2 mL·min^(-1).Under the optimal extraction conditions,the quadratic fitting equation Y=18.554X~2+120X+8.658 was satisfied for LAB within the range of values of 0.2~15 mL·L^(-1),and the quadratic fitting equation Y=16.737X~2+208.1X-21.63 was satisfied for LAPB within the range of values of 0.1~15 mL·L^(-1),with a correlation coefficient of R^(2)≥0.9992.The limits of detection were 0.06 mL·L^(-1)and 0.03 mL·L^(-1),and the limits of quantification were 0.20 mL·L^(-1)and 0.10 mL·L^(-1)for LAB and LAPB,respectively.The relative standard deviations of the intra-day and inter-day were in the range of 1.31%~2.23%and 3.15%~3.36%,respectively.The actual spiked recoveries of the two betaines in the oilfield recovery fluids were 86.48%~100.96%.
