摘 要:基于表面增强拉曼光谱(SERS)技术,采用化学合成法制备纳米银花胶体溶液作为SERS活性基底,并将其均匀负载到离型纸包覆的载玻片上,构建成便携式高通量SERS检测阵列,用于即时检测尿中和胃液中敌草快。通过优化实验条件提高检测灵敏度,通过在真实尿液中加标模拟中毒样品,并验证方法的实用性。结果显示,该高通量SERS即时检测微型装置可在1 min内获取尿中和胃液中敌草快的指纹图谱,完成定性和定量检测,并且无需任何样品前处理过程。尿液中敌草快的线性范围为5~10 mg·L^(-1)(r^(2)=0.989),检出限为0.195μg·L^(-1),回收率为98.39%~91.69%。胃液中敌草快的线性范围为50~10 mg·L^(-1)(r^(2)=0.988),检出限为0.525μg·L^(-1),回收率为98.15%~89.97%。与传统的色谱-质谱方法相比,该方法操作简单、快速、成本低廉、适用于现场即时检测,为敌草快中毒的快速检测提供了新策略。A silver nanoflower colloidal solution was firstly prepared as a surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy(SERS)active substrate.Next,a portable detection plate was constructed to achieve point-of-care testing of diquat in urine and gastric juice.The type and concentration of aggregating salt were optimized,and the practicability of this method was verified by detecting the simulated samples.The results demonstrated that this portable assay could successfully complete the detection of diquat in urine and gastric juice within one minute.The linear range of diquat in urine was found to be 5~10 mg·L^(-1)(r^(2)=0.989),with a detection limit of0.195μg·L^(-1)and a recovery rate of 98.39%~91.69%.The linear range of diquat in gastric juice was 50~10 mg·L^(-1)(r^(2)=0.988),with a detection limit of 0.525μg·L^(-1)and a recovery rate of 98.15%~89.97%.In comparison to the traditional method,this method is simple,rapid,and cost-effective,offering a reliable alternative for clinical field detection and analysis.
