摘  要:调查显示,2021年以来全球出现芯片短缺的情况,给中小型芯片企业的国际业务带来额外压力。进入2024年,虽市场供需关系逐渐调整,但特定类型或应用领域的芯片依然存在供应紧张的现象,但整体法发展态势趋于良好。知识产权风险对芯片制造企业的张贴发展产生的影响不容忽视,鉴于中小型芯片制造企业所面临的知识产权方面临的风险是多方面的,不仅影响企业日常经营,还对其长远发展构成限制。文章选择福州市部分中小型芯片企业为研究对象,借助熵值法计算知识产权风险,结合风险评价结果提出符合要求的战略对策,以期为中小型芯片制造企业及其他同类型企业的知识产权风险防控提供参考。The survey shows that since 2021,the global chip shortage has brought additional pressure to the international business of small and medium-sized chip companies.In 2024,although the market supply and demand relationship has gradually adjusted,there is still a tight supply of chips in specific types or application fields,but the overall trend of law development tends to be good.The impact of intellectual property risks on the development of chip manufacturing enterprises cannot be ignored,in view of the intellectual property risks faced by small and medium-sized chip manufacturing enterprises are multifaceted,which not only affects the daily operation of enterprises,but also restricts its long-term development.This study selected some small and medium-sized chip enterprises in Fuzhou as the research object,calculated the intellectual property risk with the help of entropy value method,combined with the risk evaluation results to put forward the strategic countermeasures that meet the requirements,in order to provide reference for the intellectual property risk prevention and control of small and medium-sized chip manufacturing enterprises and other similar enterprises.
