摘　　要：在全球经济一体化和数字化浪潮的推动下,跨境电商已成为我国外贸发展的重要战略性新兴产业。随着RCEP的正式生效,我国跨境电商迎来了前所未有的发展机遇,同时也面临着四重困局:复杂的国际贸易环境、跨境物流效率和成本制约、跨境支付障碍以及跨文化经营挑战。针对这些困局,文章提出了相应的破解路径,包括构建风险预警体系、优化跨境物流体系、创新跨境支付机制和深化本土化战略,旨在提升我国跨境电商的竞争力,推动外贸高质量发展,为构建新发展格局提供有力支持。Driven by global economic integration and the digital revolution,cross-border e-commerce has emerged as a crucial strategic industry in the development of China’s foreign trade.With the formal implementation of the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership(RCEP),China’s cross-border e-commerce sector is presented with unprecedented opportunities for growth.However,it also faces four significant challenges:a complex international trade environment,inefficiencies and high costs in cross-border logistics,obstacles in cross-border payment systems,and challenges related to cross-cultural management.In response to these challenges,this paper proposes several solutions,including the establishment of a risk early warning system,optimization of the cross-border logistics framework,innovation in cross-border payment mechanisms,and the enhancement of localization strategies.The objective is to improve the competitiveness of China’s cross-border e-commerce,facilitate the high-quality development of foreign trade,and provide robust support for the construction of a new development paradigm.
