摘　　要：在信息资源建设的背景下,数字资源日益增多,虚拟参考咨询服务已成为高校图书馆参考咨询服务发展的主要业务。文章选取了国内外10所一流高校作为调查样本,对当前的高校图书馆虚拟参考咨询服务进行分析与归纳,对发现的服务问题,提出了构建虚拟参考咨询的标准规范体系,开展多种模式咨询服务,建立虚拟参考咨询专家团队,强化智能化、个性化服务以及建立健全补偿机制的应对策略。In the context of information resource construction,digital resources are increasing day by day,and virtual reference and consulting services have become the main business for the development of reference and consulting services in university libraries.The article selected 10 top universities at home and abroad as survey samples to analyze and summarize the current virtual reference consulting services in university libraries.Based on the identified service problems,a standard specification system for virtual reference consulting was proposed,and various modes of consulting services were carried out.A team of virtual reference consulting experts was established to strengthen intelligent and personalized services and establish a sound compensation mechanism as response strategies.
