摘 要:以丙烯酰胺(AM)、2-丙烯酰胺-2-甲基丙磺酸(AMPS)为单体,以N,N-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺(MBAA)为交联剂,采用反向乳液聚合制备了聚丙烯酰胺微球堵水剂,采用红外光谱对微球结构进行了表征,研究了聚合温度、引发剂用量、交联剂用量、乳化剂浓度对微球表观黏度、溶胀倍率的影响,在人造岩芯中测试了微球封堵效果。结果表明,当聚合温度为35℃、引发剂用量为0.2%、交联剂用量为0.6%、乳化剂浓度为4%时,制备的聚丙烯酰胺微球表观黏度为55.3m Pa·s,溶胀倍率为1240,对人造岩芯的封堵率可达93.04%,表现出优异的堵水性能。Polyacrylamide microsphere water plugging agents were prepared via reverse emulsion polymerization using acrylamide(AM)and 2-acrylamido-2-methylpropane sulfonic acid(AMPS)as monomers,and N,N-methylene bisacrylamide(MBAA)as a crosslinking agent.The microsphere structure was characterized by infrared spectroscopy.The effects of polymerization temperature,initiator concentration,crosslinker concentration,and emulsifier concentration on the apparent viscosity and swelling ratio of the microspheres were studied.The water plugging performance of the microspheres was tested in artificial rock cores.The results showed that when the polymerization temperature was 35℃,initiator concentration was 0.2%,crosslinker concentration was 0.6%,and emulsifier concentration was 4%,the prepared polyacrylamide microspheres exhibited an apparent viscosity of 55.3mPa·s and a swelling ratio of 1240.The plugging efficiency in the artificial rock core could reach 93.04%,demonstrating excellent water plugging performance.
