摘 要:建立了分散液液微萃取作为前处理联合高效液相色谱质谱法测定地表水中7种三嗪类除草剂的分析方法。7种三嗪类除草剂在1.00~60.0μg·L^(-1)浓度范围内质量浓度与峰面积线性关系良好,方法检出限为0.01~0.04μg·L^(-1),加标回收率为87.5%~104.3%,测定值的相对标准偏差均低于5%。本方法操作简便,灵敏度高,结果准确,可应用于地表水中阿特拉津、扑草净、扑灭净等三嗪类除草剂残留的测定。An analytical method for the determination of 7 triazine herbicides in surface water by dispersion liquid-liquid microextraction combined with high performance liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry was established.The linear relationship between mass concentration and peak area of 7 triazine herbicides was good in the concentration range of 1.00~60.0μg·L^(-1).The detection limits were 0.01~0.04μg·L^(-1),the recoveries were 87.5%~104.3%,and the relative standard deviations of the measured values were all lower than 5%.The method is simple,sensitive and accurate,and can be applied to the determination of triazine herbicide residues in surface water.
