摘  要:建立了加速溶剂萃取-液相色谱串联质谱法测定土壤中5种酰胺类杀菌剂残留的方法。5种酰胺类杀菌剂在3.00~200μg·L^(-1)浓度范围内峰面积与质量浓度呈良好的线性关系,方法的检出限为0.09~0.23μg·kg^(-1)。在30.0μg·kg^(-1)和100μg·kg^(-1)的添加水平下,5种酰胺类杀菌剂的加标回收率为90.2%~104.0%,6次测试结果的相对标准偏差均小于4%,方法的加标回收率和重现性均符合分析测试要求。该方法操作简便、高效、灵敏度高,可用于土壤中多种酰胺类杀菌剂的检测。A method for determining the residues of five amide fungicides in soil using accelerated solvent extraction liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry was established.The peak area of five amide fungicides showed a good linear relationship with mass concentration in the concentration range of 3.00~200μg·kg^(-1),and the detection limit of the method was 0.09~0.23μg·kg^(-1).At the addition levels of 30.0μg·kg^(-1) and 100μg·kg^(-1),the spiked recovery rates of the five amide fungicides ranged from 90.2%to 104.0%,and the relative standard deviations of the six test results were all less than 4%.The spiked recovery rate and reproducibility of the method met the requirements of analytical testing.This method is easy to operate,efficient and highly sensitive,and can be used for the detection of various amide fungicides in soil.
