摘 要:为了提高含CS2废气污染物的治理效率,以超高交联树脂UHR-1和其他商用吸附树脂为吸附剂,采用柱穿透吸附实验,进行了CS2废气污染物树脂吸附法治理技术研究,并评价了不同因素对吸附效果的影响。结果表明,CS2的吸附处理效果主要受吸附温度、CS2初始浓度、停留时间以及预吸附H2S等因素的影响。当CS2的浓度为12mg·L^(-1),吸附温度为30℃,停留时间为0.8s,预吸附H2S时间为6d时,高交联树脂UHR-1对CS2的穿透吸附量可达90.6mg·g^(-1),穿透时间为19.8min,吸附处理效果较好。另外,在相同的实验条件下,超高交联树脂UHR-1对CS2废气污染物的吸附效果明显优于其他类型的商用吸附树脂,在含CS2废气污染物吸附治理领域具有良好的推广应用前景。In order to improve the treatment efficiency of carbon disulfide containing waste gas pollutants,ultra-high cross-linked resin UHR-1 and other commercial adsorption resins were used as adsorbents.Column penetration adsorption experiments were conducted to study the resin adsorption method for treating carbon disulfide waste gas pollutants,and the influence of different factors on the adsorption effect was evaluated.The results show that the adsorption treatment effect of carbon disulfide is mainly affected by factors such as adsorption temperature,initial concentration of carbon disulfide,residence time,and pre adsorption of hydrogen sulfide.When the concentration of carbon disulfide is 12mg·L^(-1),the adsorption temperature is 30℃,the retention time is 0.8s,and the pre adsorption time for hydrogen sulfide is 6d,the high cross-linked resin UHR-1 can achieve a penetration adsorption capacity of 90.6mg·g^(-1)for carbon disulfide,with a penetration time of 19.8min.The adsorption treatment effect is good.In addition,under the same experimental conditions,the adsorption effect of ultra-high cross-linked resin UHR-1 on carbon disulfide waste gas pollutants is significantly higher than that of other types of commercial adsorption resins,and UHR-1 has good prospects for promotion and application in the field of adsorption treatment of carbon disulfide containing waste gas pollutants.
