摘  要:为了提高非均质油藏注水井的注水开发效率,以丙烯酰胺(AM)、对苯乙烯磺酸钠(SSA)和改性环状单体CR-1为原料,通过大量室内实验研制出一种化学调剖驱油剂——新型纳米聚合物微球(SQ-1),并对其膨胀性能和驱油效果进行了评价。结果表明,SQ-1具有较强的耐温性能和抗盐性能,当溶液矿化度达到10×10^(4)mg·L^(-1)时,在80℃下老化16h后SQ-1的膨胀倍数仍能达到40倍以上。新型纳米聚合物微球(SQ-1)的驱油效果较好,当注入SQ-1的质量浓度为3000mg·L^(-1)、注入量为0.5PV时,非均质岩芯的采收率增幅可达26.71%。新型纳米聚合物微球SQ-1在目标非均质油藏注水井调剖驱油施工中取得了较好的现场应用效果,3口采油井措施后的日产油量均明显提升,且含水率明显降低,取得了良好的控水增油效果。To improve the efficiency of water injection development in heterogeneous reservoirs,a new type of chemical profile control and oil displacement agent,nano polymer microsphere(SQ-1),was developed through extensive indoor experiments using acrylamide(AM),sodium p-styrene sulfonate SSA and modified cyclic monomer(CR-1)as raw materials.Its expansion performance and oil displacement effect were evaluated.The results show that SQ-1 has strong temperature resistance and salt resistance.When the salinity of the solution reaches 10×10^(4)mg·L^(-1),the expansion ratio of SQ-1 can still reach more than 40 times after aging at 80℃for 16hours.The oil recovery effect of the new nano polymer microsphere SQ-1 is good.When the mass concentration of SQ-1 injected is 3000mg·L^(-1)and the injection amount is 0.5PV,the recovery rate of heterogeneous core can increase by 26.71%.The new nano polymer microsphere SQ-1 has achieved good on-site application results in the profile control and oil displacement construction of target heterogeneous reservoir water injection wells.The daily oil production of three oil production wells has significantly increased after measures,while the water content has significantly decreased,achieving good water control and oil increase effects.
