摘  要:目的确定地榆多糖的最佳提取工艺条件。方法采用苯酚-硫酸法,在490nm波长处测定吸光度,以地榆多糖得率为指标,通过单因素考察和Box-Behnken响应面法实验优化地榆多糖的提取工艺。结果地榆多糖的最佳提取工艺为:提取液料比为17(mL∶g)、回流时间为127min、回流次数为3次,此条件下的地榆多糖得率为1.93%。结论Box-Behnken响应面法优化地榆多糖的提取工艺方法具有准确性和可靠性,提取工艺条件合理可行。OBJECTIVE To optimize the extraction conditions for polysaccharide from Sanguisorba officinalis L.METHODS The phenol-sulfuric acid method was employed to determine the absorbance at a wavelength of 490 nm.The extraction process of polysaccharide from Sanguisorba officinalis L.was optimized through single factor investigation and the Box-Behnken response surface method.RESULTS The optimal extraction process was conducted as follows:the ratio of extraction material to liquid was 1∶17(g∶mL),the extraction duration lasted for 127 minutes,and the number of extractions performed was 3 times.Under these specified conditions,the yield of polysaccharide reached 1.93%.CONCLUTION The Box-Behnken response surface method is highly accurate and reliable,while the extraction conditions are deemed reasonable and feasible.
