摘 要:以全氟辛酸磺酸和二甘醇胺为原料,制备一种煤层气压裂用起泡剂。首先对起泡剂配比及制备条件进行优化,然后对起泡剂吸附特性及煤层气解吸性能进行研究。实验结果表明,当全氟辛酸磺酸与二甘醇胺配比为1∶1.5、催化剂NaOH用量为0.8%、油浴加热反应时间为4h、油浴温度为140℃、催化反应时间为4h时,在此条件下制备的起泡剂气泡体积约为515m L,半衰期约为615s。起泡剂在低阶煤和中阶煤上的吸附随电解质添加量的增加而先增加后降低。高阶煤起泡剂吸附量随电解质添加量的增加而增加。3种煤阶煤粉受p H值的影响规律一致,均随p H值的增加,吸附量下降。煤层气等温吸附-解吸附实验结果表明,起泡剂对低阶煤表面煤层气的解吸产生积极的作用,但高阶煤和中阶煤煤气滞后现象仍旧存在。A foaming agent for coalbed methane fracturing was prepared using perfluorooctanoic sulfonic acid and diethylene glycol amine as raw materials.The experiment first optimizes the ratio of the foaming agents and preparation conditions,and then studies the adsorption characteristics of foaming agents and the desorption performance of coalbed methane.The experimental results showed that when the ratio of perfluorooctanoic sulfonic acid to diethylene glycol amine is 1∶1.5,the amount of catalyst sodium hydroxide is 0.8%,the heating reaction time in the oil bath is 4h,the oil bath temperature is 140℃,and the catalytic reaction time is 4h,the foam volume of the foaming agent prepared under this condition is about 515mL,and the half-life is about 615s.The adsorption of foaming agents on low rank and medium rank coal increases first and then decreases with the increase of electrolyte addition.The adsorption capacity of high-rank coal foaming agent increases with the increase of electrolyte addition.The influence of pH value on the three types of coal rank coal powder is consistent,and the adsorption capacity decreases with the increase of pH value.The results of the isothermal adsorption desorption experiment of coalbed methane indicate that the foaming agent has a positive effect on the desorption of coalbed methane on the surface of low rank coal,but the lag phenomenon of high rank and medium rank coal gas still exists.
