摘  要:植物检疫形态学定性标准样品的表现形式主要有:干制样品、浸渍样品、玻片样品和包埋样品。本文分析了各种样品表现形式的适用范围及其特点,如干制样品适合长期保存但易损坏,浸渍样品便于操作但可能影响色泽,玻片样品适合微小生物体但制作复杂,包埋样品有利于长期保存但成本较高。从长期稳定性、运输稳定性、使用实用性和保存条件等方面,进行了各样品表现形式的利弊分析。并提出不同形式可以弥补单一形式的不足。此外,信息化技术如AI和仿真技术可作为实物样品的补充,用于辅助教学和展示。The forms of qualitative reference materials of plant quarantine morphological identification mainly include dry samples,impregnated samples,slide samples and embedded samples.The application scope and characteristics of each sample expression were analyzed.For example,dry samples are suitable for long-term preservation but prone to damage,impregnated samples are convenient for operation but potentially affecting color,slide samples are suitable for tiny organisms but complex to prepare,and embedded samples are beneficial for long-term preservation but with high costs.The advantages and disadvantages were analyzed from the aspects of long-term stability,transport stability,practicality and preservation conditions.It suggests that different forms can complement the insufficiencies of the single form.In addition,information technology such as AI and simulation technology can serve as a supplement to physical samples,aiding in teaching and demonstration.
