摘  要:对于土传检疫性有害生物大豆疫霉(Phytophthora sojae),国内外鲜有对于进境大豆中大豆疫霉的检疫鉴定研究,尤其是通过实时荧光PCR的检测方法。本研究选取50批进境大豆样品,运用实时荧光PCR检测中的MGB探针法,从进境的阿根廷、乌拉圭、巴西、美国、加拿大大豆中检出大豆疫霉病菌。因此,口岸应提高警惕,加强对进境大豆的检疫,防止大豆疫霉传入,以保护我国农业经济,守护好国门生物安全。There are few quarantine and identification studies on the soil-borne quarantine pest Phytophthora sojae,especially in terms of real-time PCR detection method.This research selected 50 batches of imported soybean samples.Phytophthora sojae was detected in soybean samples from Argentina,Uruguay,Brazil,the United States and Canada by the MGB probe method in real-time PCR detection.Therefore,ports should heighten their vigilance and strengthen the quarantine measures for imported soybean to prevent entrying of Phytophthora sojae,thereby protecting our country's agricultural economy and safeguarding national biosecurity.
