摘 要:近年来,橘小实蝇发生和危害程度呈上升趋势,生产上亟需开展高效实时监测以指导大面积及时防治。试验采用AIM智能虫情性诱测报仪监测橘小实蝇,由监测设备自动记录数据,并对设备所诱虫量进行人工计数复核,比较监测设备自动计数诱蝇量和人工计数复核诱蝇量的差异,同时与果园周边和果园内部的常规性诱监测进行对比。结果表明,AIM智能虫情性诱测报仪监测橘小实蝇发生趋势与果园周边和果园内部常规性诱监测发生趋势基本一致,其中9月、10月为苏州市橘小实蝇发生高峰期,也与常规性诱监测到的高峰期一致。AIM智能虫情性诱测报仪自动计数与实际诱蝇量数据一致性较高,准确率为85.1%。这表明AIM智能虫情性诱测报仪能较好地反映出橘小实蝇实际发生动态,可用于高效便捷开展橘小实蝇害虫监测工作。In recent years,the occurrence and harm levels of Bactrocera dorsalis have increased,and efficient real-time monitoring is urgently needed in production to guide large-scale and timely prevention and control.In this experiment,Bactrocera dorsalis was monitored by AIM intelligent insect pheromone trap,and the data was recorded automatically by the monitoring equipment.Manual counting reviews were conducted the amount of insects induced by the equipment,comparing the difference between the monitoring equipment's automatic counting of flies and the manual counting review of flies,and comparing it with conventional counting monitoring around and inside the orchards.The results showed that the AIM intelligent insect pheromone trap monitored the occurrence trend of Bactrocera dorsalis basically in line with the occurrence trends of conventional induced monitoring around and inside the orchards,including September and October,which were the peak period of Bactrocera dorsalis occurrence in Suzhou and were also consistent with the peak periods of conventional monitoring.The automatic counting of AIM intelligent insect pheromone trap had a high degree of consistency with the actual number of insects caught,and the accuracy rate was 85.1%.The results showed that AIM intelligent insect pheromone trap could reflect the actual occurrence of Bactrocera dorsalis and could be used to monitor Bactrocera dorsalis efficiently and conveniently.
