摘　　要：本文基于新质生产力三要素的关系,通过理论分析与实践调查,构建了新型职业农民培训的分析框架,创新提出“X1...n+I+Y1...n”新型职业农民产业培训模型。深入探讨了培训对象、目标、途径及培训体系与运行机制,揭示了“一对一”目标培训系统。强调教育培训团队的关键作用,提出因地制宜、目标优先、灵活多样的团队组建及立足生产实际的培训方案,确保培训的针对性和实效性。Based on the relationship between the three elements of new productivity,this paper constructs an analytical framework for the training of new-type professional farmers through theoretical analysis and practical investigation,and innovatively proposes a new professional farmer industry training model of"X..n+I+Y1...n",It discusses deeply the training object,goal,way,system of training and mechanism of operation,and reveals the system of"one-to-one"target training.It attaches great importance to the pivotal role of training team,and proposes afexible,diverse and objective-frst scheme ofteam formation based on local conditions,and atraining program based on the actual production to ensure the pertinence and effectiveness of training.
