摘  要:教师发展是为促进教师个体生命成长和专业成长、超越自我与不断精进的过程,教师发展的自主性是教师发展的重要特征。在教育数字化背景下,为推进传统教研室的转型升级,虚拟教研室应运而生,成为连接“数智技术”“教师发展”两个具有时代特征与生长向度的“关键力量”。虚拟教研室与教师发展的逻辑“耦合”成为教师成长的重要增力,赋能教师自主发展。在技术重塑教研室新的生态背景下,教师将面临教学理念更新、专业知识扩增、自主性驱动、评价改革引领等方面的现实挑战,需要从精神、物质、机制、评价层面,聚焦理念、知识、制度、评价改革等要素,探索助推教师自主发展的实践路向,为实现高质量教师发展提供参考。Teacher development is a process of promoting individual and professional growth of teachers,surpassing oneself and constantly improving.The autonomy of teacher development is an important characteristic of teacher development.In the context of digital education,in order to promote the transformation and upgrading of traditional teaching and research rooms,virtual teaching and research rooms have emerged,becoming a“key force”that connects“digital intelligence technology”and“teacher development”with the characteristics and growth direction of the times.The logical coupling between virtual teaching and research rooms and teacher development has become an important force for teacher growth and empowers teachers to develop independently.However,in the context of technology reshaping the new ecology of teaching and research rooms,teachers will face practical challenges in updating teaching concepts,expanding professional knowledge,driving autonomy,and leading evaluation reforms.It is necessary to focus on elements such as concepts,knowledge,systems,and evaluation reforms from the spiritual,material,mechanism,and evaluation levels,explore practical directions to promote teachers’independent development,and provide reference for achieving high-quality teacher development.
