摘　　要：国外高校毕业生去向跟踪的实践已有半个多世纪的历史。高校毕业生去向跟踪具有重要的意义和作用,主要体现在为国家制定宏观高等教育政策提供参考、为政府对高校办学进行监管提供依据、为高校改进人才培养工作提供信息反馈、为在校生和未来的学生提供指导和帮助等方面。近年来,一些国家不断改进与完善高校毕业生去向跟踪制度,在跟踪模式、跟踪指标、跟踪时点、跟踪方法等层面相继采取了新的举措,出现了一些值得关注的亮点。高校毕业生去向跟踪制度的域外经验,为改进和完善我国高校毕业生去向跟踪制度提供了一些思路,包括构建政府主导型的高校毕业生去向跟踪制度、深化对高校毕业生去向跟踪作用的全面认识、完善高校毕业生去向跟踪的有效方法和手段。The practice of graduate tracking has a history of more than half a century in the foreign countries.Graduate tracking is of great significance and function,which is mainly reflected in providing reference for the national formulation of macro higher education policies,providing basis for the government to supervise higher education institutions,providing information feedback for higher education institutions to improve students training,and providing guidance and help for students.In recent years,some countries continue to improve graduate tracking system,and take new measures in tracking mode,tracking index,tracking time point,tracking method,etc.,and there are some highlights worthy of attention.The international experience of the graduatestracking system provides some ideas for improving the graduates tracking system in China,including building a government-led graduatestracking system,deepening the overall understanding of the function of the graduatestracking system,and improving the effective methods and means of the graduates tracking.
