摘 要:伴随着数媒科技的持续发展,数字化媒介对当代大学生的社会形态、时空次序和心理经验等方面都有一定的“嵌入”作用。一方面,数字化媒介为当代大学生创造了一个更自由的交往空间,能够在不同的网络空间中自由穿梭;另一方面,也造成了“在一起”的情景错觉,使其情绪转化能力和精神融合能力不断降低,最后形成“身心分离”的社会孤立现象。由于媒介技术的诸多特性造成了大学生社交的表面化,进一步引发了依赖性社交与亲密关系的商品化,最后使大学生在自我表现与数字形象完善化的追求中陷入了孤独“循环”。为此,需在指导方向上引导学生转变关注以降低依赖,提供支持以增强自信;进一步优化管理,规范网络平台以缓解群体性孤独;创建和谐生态,提供社会支持,引导学生回归现实生活,以缓解和弱化孤独心理。With the continuous development of digital media technology,digital media has a certain“embedding”effect on the social forms,spatial-temporal order,and psychological experiences of contemporary college students.On one hand,digital media has provided a more liberated space for interaction among college students,enabling them to navigate freely across various online domains.On the other hand,it has fostered an illusion of“togetherness,”which has led to a progressive decline in their emotional transformation and spiritual integration capabilities,culminating in a socially isolated phenomenon characterized by“mind-body separation.”The multifaceted attributes of media technology have contributed to the superficiality of college students’social interactions,further triggering dependent socialization and the commodification of intimate relationships,ultimately causing students to become ensnared in a lonely“cycle”as they pursue self-expression and the perfection of their digital personas.To address this,it is necessary to guide students in shifting their focus to reduce dependence and provide support to enhance their self-confidence;further optimize management,regulate online platforms to alleviate collective loneliness;create a harmonious ecosystem,provide social support,and guide students to return to real life to alleviate and weaken feelings of loneliness.
