梅花鹿常见细菌性疾病特征及防治措施的研究进展

摘  要:梅花鹿(Cervus nippon Temmick)作为一种名贵的药食两用经济动物,在我国有着近300年的驯养历史。然而,在梅花鹿饲养过程中,细菌性疾病是影响其生命健康和生产效益的主要因素之一。鉴于细菌性疾病造成的严重危害,该文系统总结了梅花鹿常见的细菌性疾病,主要包括大肠杆菌病、沙门氏菌病及布鲁氏菌病等,通过阐述细菌性疾病的病原学特性、临床症状、流行病学情况及其相关的诊断手段,制定科学的防控措施,以减少细菌性疾病的发生与传播,降低由此带来的经济损失与食品安全风险,推动梅花鹿养殖业的可持续和稳定发展。The sika deer(Cervus nippon Temmick)is a valuable economic animal with both medicinal and edible uses in China,and has a domestication history of nearly 300 years.However,bacterial diseases are one of the main factors affecting the life health and production efficiency of sika deer during their breeding process.In response to the serious harm caused by bacterial diseases,this article systematically summarizes the common bacterial diseases of sika deer,mainly including colibacillosis,salmonellosis and brucellosis,etc.By elaborating on the pathogenic characteristics,clinical symptoms,epidemiological conditions and related diagnostic methods of bacteria,scientific prevention and control measures are formulated to reduce the occurrence and spread of bacterial diseases,lower the economic losses and food safety risks and promote the sustainable and stable development of the sika deer breeding industry.
