乡村振兴战略背景下湖北省辣椒产业发展现状及对策研究——基于SWOT分析

摘　　要：湖北省是我国辣椒主产区之一,其辣椒的产值和效益高居蔬菜作物之首。辣椒产业对提高农民收入,促进产业兴旺,助力乡村振兴具有重要意义。该文在乡村振兴战略背景下,基于SWOT(strengths,weaknesses,opportunities,threats)分析湖北省辣椒产业的发展现状并提出相应的对策,以期推动湖北省辣椒产业经济高质量发展。该文利用SWOT分析方法,分析湖北省辣椒产业发展的优势、劣势、机遇、威胁;从加强辣椒育种研发,提高辣椒质量与产量,推广栽培技术服务,加大农民培训力度和培育本地龙头企业,增加农民收入和就业等方面提出发展对策,从而为湖北省辣椒产业的高质量发展提供理论借鉴,以助力乡村全面振兴。Hubei Province is one of the major pepper-producing regions in China,where the output value and profitability of peppers rank first among all vegetable crops.The pepper industry holds significant importance in boosting farmers’income,promoting industrial prosperity,and facilitating rural revitalization.This article,conducted within the context of the rural revitalization strategy,employs a strengths,weaknesses,opportunities,threats(SWOT)analysis to assess the current state of the pepper industry in Hubei and suggests corresponding strategies,aiming to foster its high-quality economic development.Utilizing the SWOT methodology,the study examines the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities,and threats facing the pepper industry in Hubei.This paper proposes a comprehensive set of strategies aimed at promoting the high-quality development of the pepper industry in Hubei Province.These strategies encompass enhancing research and development in pepper breeding,improving the quality and yield of peppers,disseminating advanced cultivation technologies,intensifying farmer training programs,and fostering the growth of local leading enterprises to boost farmers’income and employment opportunities.Consequently,this study provides valuable theoretical insights for the sustainable development of the pepper industry and contributes to the acceleration of rural revitalization efforts.
