农业与物流业耦合协调发展研究——以京津冀区域为例

摘　　要：基于2012—2022年京津冀区域农业与物流业相关数据,运用综合发展指数、耦合协调模型及灰色关联分析研究方法,综合衡量了京津冀区域农业与物流业的动态协调发展水平。结果表明:2012—2022年,京津冀区域农业与物流业综合发展水平总体呈波动上升趋势,其中2012—2015年农业综合发展水平高于物流业,2016—2022年物流业综合发展水平反超农业;农业和物流业融合发展水平逐步提高,经历了由“勉强协调”向“中级协调”的转变;京津冀区域物流业对农业的影响作用更显著,其中,对农业影响最大的物流因素是货运周转量,对物流业发展起到最大促进作用的农业因素是农业固定资产投资额。Based on the relevant data of agriculture and logistics industry in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region from 2012 to 2022,this paper uses the comprehensive development index,coupling coordination model and grey correlation analysis research method to comprehensively measure the dynamic coordinated development level of agriculture and logistics industry in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.The results show that from 2012 to 2022,the comprehensive development level of agriculture and logistics industry in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region generally shows a fluctuating upward trend. From 2012 to2015, the comprehensive development level of agriculture is higher than that of logistics industry, andfrom 2016 to 2022, the comprehensive development level of logistics industry exceeds that ofagriculture. The integrated development level of agriculture and logistics industry has been graduallyimproved, and has experienced the transformation from a “barely coordinated” stage to an “intermediatecoordinated” phase. The logistics industry in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region has a more significantimpact on agriculture, among which, the logistics factor that has the greatest impact on agriculture isfreight turnover, and the agricultural factor that plays the greatest role in promoting the development oflogistics industry is the investment in agricultural fixed assets.
