摘 要:为了提高道路交通系统应对地质灾害的能力,从敏感性和适应能力两方面选取指标,运用熵权TOPSIS模型(technique for order preference by similarity to an ideal solution)对井陉县道路交通系统脆弱性进行研究,并使用ArcGIS软件绘制其空间分布图。研究结果表明:道路、桥梁、地质灾害、人口等敏感性因素是影响地质灾害下道路交通系统脆弱性的主要因素;地质灾害下道路交通系统脆弱性具有明显的空间差异性,其脆弱性高的地区地质灾害点密集,发生地质灾害的概率较大,对道路交通系统威胁较高。此外,研究结果发现,对地质灾害点进行勘察、治理的同时,还要建立道路地质灾害监测和预警系统,以便采取必要的安全措施。研究结果可为山区县地质灾害下道路交通系统的抢险救灾提供决策信息和科学依据。In order to improve the ability of the road transportation system to cope with geological hazards,indicators were selected from two aspects:sensitivity and adaptability.The entropy weight TOPSIS model(technique for order preference by similarity to an ideal solution)was used to study the vulnerability of Jingxing County’s road transportation system,and ArcGIS software was used to draw its spatial distribution map.The research results indicate that sensitive factors such as roads,bridges,geological hazards,and population are the main factors affecting the vulnerability of road transportation systems under geological hazards;the vulnerability of the road transportation system under geological disasters has significant spatial differences.Areas with high vulnerability have dense geological hazards sites and relatively high probabilities of geological hazards occurring,posing a greater threat to the road transportation system.In addition,the research results show that while surveying and managing geological hazard points,it is also necessary to establish a road geological hazard monitoring and early warning system in order to take necessary safety measures.The research results can provide decisionmaking information and scientific basis for the rescue and disaster relief work of the road transportation system in mountainous counties under geological hazards.
