摘 要:水生态安全评价是城市水资源保护和规划的基础。本文选取27项指标构建了水生态安全评价的DPSIR模型,采用改进层次法、熵值法和综合指数评价法对2011—2020年邢台市水生态安全状况进行了评价。结果表明:化肥施用量、农药使用量、地下水资源量、工业废水排放量和地表水资源量是影响邢台市水生态安全的主要因素。2011—2020年邢台市水生态安全状况处于恶劣级和良好级之间,总体上呈现小幅波动、稳定上升的变化特征,表明邢台市水生态安全已经进入了新的阶段并呈现出了持续向好的趋势。同时,针对邢台市水生态安全问题提出了合理的对策,以期促进区域水资源可持续利用。The evaluation of water ecological security is the basis to protect and plan the urban water resources.In this paper,the DPSIR model for water ecological security evaluation is established by selecting 27 indicators,and the water ecological security of Xingtai from 2011 to 2020 is evaluated by employing the improved analytic hierarchy process method,entropy weight method and comprehensive index evaluation method.The results showed that the main influencing factors of the water ecological security were the applying quantity of chemical fertilizer,usage of pesticides,groundwater resources,industrial wastewater discharge and surface water resources.The water ecological security status of Xingtai City from 2011 to 2020 was rated between the“poor”and“good”levels.And it showed the characteristics of small fluctuations and steadily upward in general,which indicates the water ecological security has reached a new developmental stage and revealed a trend of continuous growth.Meanwhile,in order to promote the sustainable utilization of regional water resources,the reasonable countermeasures were put forward to the water ecological security questions.
