摘 要:以淮河中游(安徽段)流域为研究对象,共采集16个点位的表层沉积物样品,利用气相色谱-质谱联用仪测定土壤中有机氯农药(OCPs)的含量,并对其残留、组成、分布以及生态风险评估进行了分析。结果表明:淮河中游(安徽段)表层沉积物中OCPs总质量分数为3.57~18.39 ng/g,平均值为9.46 ng/g,主要污染为六氯环己烷(HCHs)和双对氯苯基三氯乙烷(DDTs),其平均质量分数分别为7.51 ng/g和1.88 ng/g,在国内外湖泊河流中处于较低污染水平。OCPs含量最高的点位为G10(蚌埠市新城口村)采样点,质量分数达18.39 ng/g,最低点为G4(淮南市孔李淮河大桥)采样点,质量分数为3.57 ng/g。从空间分布上来看,HCHs、DDTs和OCPs的含量均表现出下游>中游>上游的趋势。环境风险评估结果显示,研究区表层沉积物中OCPs存在一定生态风险,对流域内生物构成一定的危害,故应加强对淮河中游(安徽段)中OCPs的治理,以保障环境及水生生物的安全。Taking the middle reaches of the Huai River(Anhui section)basin as the research object,surface sediment samples from 16 sites were collected.The content of organochlorine pesticides(OCPs)in the soil was determined by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry,and the residue,composition,distribution,and ecological risk assessment of OCPs were analyzed.The results showed that the total mass fraction of OCPs in the surface sediments of the middle reaches of the Huai River(Anhui section)ranged from 3.57 to 18.39 ng/g,with an average value of 9.46 ng/g.The main pollutants were hexachlorocyclohexanes(HCHs)and dichlorodiphenyltrichloroethanes(DDTs),and their average mass fractions were 7.51 ng/g and 1.88 ng/g respectively,which were at a relatively low pollution level among lakes and rivers at home and abroad.The site with the highest OCPs content was the G10 sampling point(Xinchengkou Village,Bengbu City),with a mass fraction of 18.39 ng/g,and the lowest point was the G4 sampling point(Kongli Huai River Bridge,Huainan City),with a mass fraction of 3.57 ng/g.In terms of spatial distribution,the contents of HCHs,DDTs,and OCPs all showed a trend of downstream>middle reaches>upstream.The results of environmental risk assessment indicated that there was a certain ecological risk of OCPs in the surface sediments of the study area,which posed a certain threat to the organisms in the basin.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the treatment of OCPs in the middle reaches of the Huai River(Anhui section)to ensure the safety of the environment and aquatic organisms.
