摘 要:为了研究大口黑鲈在河北省邢台市的生长性能和适应性,选取体质量相近、体型均匀的健康大口黑鲈196尾,随机放置在6个循环水箱中进行养殖,每个水箱30~33尾,每日早晚各饲喂一次,每两周测量大口黑鲈体质量、体长、全长等生长数据,计算其增重率、特定生长率等指标以及Fulton状态指数和LeCren相对状态指数,并分析其养殖效果。结果表明:大口黑鲈在15周的养殖期内,平均体长从19.28 cm增长到22.97 cm,平均全长从21.80 cm增长到26.11 cm,平均体质量从170.80 g增长到274.90 g,增重率为60.95%,特定生长率为0.41%/d,状态指数和相对状态指数随时间呈现下降的趋势,表明大口黑鲈生长状态不佳,推测与其所处的养殖环境、应激反应,以及营养状态相关。通过研究揭示大口黑鲈养殖中存在的问题,有助于完善养殖技术。In order to study the growth performance and adaptability of the Micropterus salmonides in Xingtai,196 healthy Micropterus salmonides with similar body weight,uniform body shape were randomly placed in six circulating water tanks for breeding.Each tank contained 30-33 fish,and they were fed twice a day,once in the morning and once in the evening.The growth data such as body weight,body length,total length of the Micropterus salmonides were measured every two weeks,and the indicators such as weight gain rate,specific growth rate,Fulton Condition Index and LeCren Relative Condition Index were calculated.The aquaculture effect was analyzed.The results showed that during the 15-week breeding period,the average body length of the Micropterus salmonides increased from 19.28 cm to 22.97 cm,and the average total length increased from 21.80 cm to 26.11 cm.The average body weight increased from 170.80 g to 274.90 g,with a weight gain rate of 60.95%and a specific growth rate of 0.41%/d.The condition index and relative condition index showed a decreasing trend over time,indicating that the growth status of the largemouth bass was not good,which was speculated to be related to its breeding environment,stress response and nutritional status.The problems in the breeding of largemouth bass are revealed,which is helpful to improve the breeding technology.
