摘 要:为探究可变操作条件对质子交换膜燃料电池(PEMFC)水淹故障的影响,采用电压监测与电化学阻抗谱(EIS)动态测量相结合的方法进行多组水淹对照实验。然后,利用所提出的RL(RQ-RC)等效电路模型对EIS测量结果进行参数辨识,得到欧姆阻抗、传荷阻抗和传质阻抗拟合值。最后,通过分析电压变化趋势和阻抗变化规律,研究不同操作条件对水淹故障的影响。实验结果表明,传荷阻抗和传质阻抗随水淹程度的加剧而逐渐增大,其中传质阻抗的增幅更加显著;增加阴极化学计量比和出口背压可缓解水淹现象;电流密度越高越易造成严重水淹。To investigate the influence of variable operating conditions on the flooding faults of proton exchange membrane fuel cell(PEMFC),multiple flooding control experiments were conducted by combining voltage monitoring and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS)dynamic measurements.Then,the EIS measurements were parameterized using the proposed RL(RQ-RC)equivalent circuit model to obtain the fitted values of ohmic impedance,charge transfer impedance and mass transfer impedance.Finally,the effect of different operating conditions on flooding faults were studied by analyzing the trend of voltage change and the variation laws of impedance.The experimental results show that the charge transfer impedance and mass transfer impedance gradually increased with the degree of flooding,in which the increase of mass transfer impedance was more significant.Increasing the cathode stoichiometric ratio and outlet back-pressure could alleviate the flooding phenomenon,and the higher the current density,the more easily to cause severe flooding.
