摘 要:针对传统交错并联高增益变换器往往需要较大的占空比才可以达到较高输出电压的问题,提出一种新型交错并联准Z源高增益变换器(IPSCN-QZS)结构,通过将传统的交错并联高增益变换器的电感元件更改为准Z源网络同时加入开关电容单元共同构成升压结构,实现高电压增益。首先,详细分析IPSCN-QZS变换器的工作原理,推导出电压增益,二极管以及开关管电压应力。然后,搭建一个947 W的试验样机进行验证,实验结果与Matlab/Simulink仿真软件以及理论分析的结果一致,验证了IPSCN-QZS变换器的正确性和可行性。Aiming at the problem that traditional interleaved parallel high-gain converters often need a larger duty cycle to achieve a higher output voltage,A novel interleaved parallel switched capacitor networks and quasi-Z-source converter is proposed.IPSCN-QZS structure,by changing the inductors of the traditional interleaving parallel high-gain converter into the quasi-Z-source network and adding the switched-capacitor unit to form a boost structure,to achieve high voltage gain.Firstly,the working principle of IPSCN-QZS converter is analyzed in detail,and voltage gain,diode and switching tube voltage stress are derived.Finally,a 947W prototype was built for verification.The experimental results were consistent with the results of Matlab/Simulink simulation software and theoretical analysis,which verified the correctness and feasibility of IPSCN-QZS converter.
