摘 要:为优化粉煤灰基地聚合物的砂浆配合比,进而提高地聚合物砂浆的力学性能,本文通过正交试验系统地研究了水泥掺量、砂胶比、水胶比和碱当量4个关键因素对地聚合物砂浆在不同龄期下的强度、韧性等力学性能的影响。结果表明,在研究范围内,水泥掺量为6%、砂胶比为0.4、水胶比为0.35及碱当量为7%时地聚合物砂浆抗折强度最高;水泥掺量为6%、砂胶比为0.2、水胶比为0.35及碱当量为7%时地聚合物砂浆的抗压强度最高;水泥掺量为15%、砂胶比为0.4、水胶比为0.25及碱当量为5%时地聚合物砂浆的静力韧性最佳;4个因素中,砂胶比和碱当量对地聚合物砂浆的力学性能影响最为显著,水胶比与水泥掺量次之。In order to optimize the mix proportion of fly ash-based geopolymer mortar and enhance its mechanical properties,this paper systematically explores the influence of four key factors,including cement content,sand-binder ratio,water-binder ratio and alkali equivalent,on the mechanical properties such as strength and toughness of geopolymer mortar at different ages through orthogonal experiments.The results indicate that:within the scope of the study,the flexural strength of geopolymer mortar reaches its optimal value when the cement content is 6%,the sand-binder ratio is 0.4,the water-binder ratio is 0.35,and the alkali equivalent is 7%;the compressive strength of geopolymer mortar is at its highest when the cement content is 6%,the sand-binder ratio is 0.2,the water-binder ratio is 0.35,and the alkali equivalent is 7%;the static toughness of geopolymer mortar is the best when the cement content is 15%,the sand-binder ratio is 0.4,the water-binder ratio is 0.25,and the alkali equivalent is 5%;among the four factors,the sand-binder ratio and alkali equivalent have the most significant influence on the mechanical properties of geopolymer mortar,followed by the water-binder ratio and cement content.
