热处理对Mg-9Gd-1.5Zn-0.3Al合金显微组织及力学性能的影响

摘  要:利用光学显微镜、扫描电镜、X射线衍射仪和拉伸实验机等研究了热处理对Mg-9Gd-1.5Zn-0.3Al合金显微组织及力学性能的影响。结果表明:铸态合金的组织主要由α-Mg、Mg_(5)Gd、(Mg,Zn)_(3)Gd、Al_(11)Gd_(3)和Al_(2)Gd相组成。固溶处理后,(Mg,Zn)_(3)Gd和Al_(11)Gd_(3)相消失且产生了新相LPSO(Mg_(12)Gd(Al,Zn))相。时效处理后,合金的组织主要由α-Mg、Mg_(12)Gd(Al,Zn)、Mg_(5)Gd和Al_(2)Gd相组成。合金的最佳固溶处理工艺是520℃×10 h,最佳时效处理工艺是220℃×12 h。经过固溶时效处理后,合金的抗拉强度、屈服强度以及伸长率都明显高于铸态合金,分别从158.1 MPa、104.8 MPa和4.3%增加至214.6 MPa、162.8 MPa和8.1%。Effect of heat treatment on microstructure and mechanical properties of Mg-9Gd-1.5Zn-0.3Al alloy was studied by means of optical microscope,scanning electron microscopy,X-ray diffractometer and tensile experiment machine.The results show that the microstructure of the as-cast alloy is mainly composed ofα-Mg,Mg_(5)Gd,(Mg,Zn)_(3)Gd,Al_(11)Gd_(3)and Al_(2)Gd phases.After solution treatment,(Mg,Zn)_(3)Gd and Al_(11)Gd_(3)phases disappear and a new phase LPSO(Mg_(12)Gd(Al,Zn))is observed.After aging treatment,the microstructure of the alloy is mainly composed ofα-Mg,Mg_(12)Gd(Al,Zn),Mg_(5)Gd and Al_(2)Gd phases.The optimal solution treatment process for the alloy is 520℃×10 h,and the optimal aging treatment process is 220℃×12 h.After solution and aging treatment,the tensile strength,yield strength,and elongation of the alloy are significantly higher than those of the as-cast alloy,increasing from 158.1 MPa,104.8 MPa and 4.3%to 214.6 MPa,162.8 MPa and 8.1%,respectively.
