摘 要:在室温下以1×10^(-3)s^(-1)的应变速率对铸态AZ80镁合金进行了变形量为3%、5%、8%和12%的压缩变形,随后对未压缩试样及压缩后试样进行250℃的等温时效处理,使用光学显微镜(OM)、扫描电镜(SEM)、电子背散射衍射(EBSD)和X射线衍射(XRD)对不同试样的微观组织进行分析,分析预压缩变形量对AZ80镁合金时效过程中连续析出相及不连续析出相析出行为的影响。结果表明:预压缩能够加速并细化时效过程中的连续析出相,且该作用随变形量的增大而增强;预压缩能促进不连续析出相的形核,但预压缩引入的孪晶阻碍不连续析出相的长大,随着预压缩变形量的增大,合金中孪晶增多,不连续析出相的区域面积先增大后减小,当变形量达到8%时,不连续析出相几乎被完全抑制。As-cast AZ80 magnesium alloy was subjected to compression deformation of 3%,5%,8%and 12%at a strain rate of 1×10^(-3)s^(-1)at room temperature.Subsequently,the uncompressed and compressed samples were subjected to isothermal aging treatment at 250℃.Microstructure of different samples was analyzed using optical microscope(OM),scanning electron microscopy(SEM),electron backscatter diffraction(EBSD)and X-ray diffraction(XRD),and the effect of pre compression deformation on the precipitation behavior of continuous and discontinuous precipitates during the aging of the AZ80 magnesium alloy was studied.The results show that precompression can accelerate and refine the continuous precipitates during the aging,and this effect increases with the increase of deformation.Pre-compression can promote the nucleation of discontinuous precipitates,but the twinning introduced by pre-compression hinders the growth of discontinuous precipitates.As the pre-compression deformation increases,the twinning in the alloy increases,and the area of discontinuous precipitates first increases and then decreases.When the deformation reaches 8%,the discontinuous precipitates are almost completely suppressed.
