摘 要:以Mo、Ni、B粉末为原料,采用硼化反应粉末烧结法制备了4组不同Ni含量的Mo_(2)NiB_(2)基金属陶瓷,对其微观结构和力学性能进行了表征和分析,研究了富Ni与贫Ni的Mo_(2)NiB_(2)基金属陶瓷性能的异同点。结果表明:不同Ni含量的Mo_(2)NiB_(2)基金属陶瓷均含有Mo_(2)NiB_(2)硬质相和Ni粘结相;随着Ni含量的增加,Mo_(2)NiB_(2)基金属陶瓷中粘结相的体积分数不断增加,相对密度提高,组织均匀性明显改善,维氏硬度与压缩强度呈下降趋势,弯曲强度与断裂韧性呈上升趋势;贫Ni的Mo_(2)NiB_(2)基金属陶瓷(成分配比为31Mo38Ni31B)表现出较高的维氏硬度与压缩强度,分别为1875.96 HV0.3和2166 MPa;富Ni的Mo_(2)NiB_(2)基金属陶瓷(成分配比为19Mo63Ni18B)表现出较高的弯曲强度与断裂韧性,分别为936.4 MPa和21.9 MPa·m^(1/2);Mo_(2)NiB_(2)基金属陶瓷的断裂方式由贫Ni的脆性断裂向富Ni的韧性断裂转变。Four kinds of Mo_(2)NiB_(2)based cermets with different Ni contents were prepared by reactive boriding powder sintering method using Mo,Ni,and B powders as raw materials.Microstructure and mechanical properties of the Mo_(2)NiB_(2)based cermets were characterized and analyzed,and the similarities and differences in properties between Ni-rich and Ni-poor Mo_(2)NiB_(2)based cermets were studied.The results show that the Mo_(2)NiB_(2)based cermets with different Ni contents all contain Mo_(2)NiB_(2)hard phase and Ni bonding phase.With the increase of Ni content,the volume fraction of the bonding phase in the Mo_(2)NiB_(2)based cermets gradually increases,the relative density increases,the uniformity of the microstructure is significantly improved,the Vickers hardness and compressive strength show a decreasing trend,and the bending strength and fracture toughness show an increasing trend.The Mo_(2)NiB_(2)-based cermet with low Ni content(composition ratio of 31Mo38Ni31B)exhibits high Vickers hardness and compressive strength,with values of 1875.96 HV0.3 and 2166 MPa,respectively.The Mo_(2)NiB_(2)-based cermet with high Ni content(composition ratio of 19Mo63Ni18B)exhibits high bending strength and fracture toughness,with values of 936.4 MPa and 21.9 MPa·m^(1/2),respectively.The fracture mode of the Mo_(2)NiB_(2)based cermets transitions from brittle fracture with low Ni content to ductile fracture with high Ni content.
