摘 要:采用真空冶炼技术制备了00Cr11Ni8Co7Mo3马氏体钢,经过锻造、1000℃固溶处理和800℃二次固溶处理后,研究了不同温度(300~600℃)时效处理对其微观组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明:当时效温度为500℃时,试验钢中的马氏体板条的平均宽度为8.34μm,在马氏体板条之间生成了5.9 vol%薄膜状的逆转变奥氏体,此时试验钢的力学性能表现出最佳的强韧性匹配,室温和低温(-196℃)屈服强度分别为1251.6和1508.1 MPa,室温和低温(-196℃)冲击吸收能量分别为96.2和43.1 J;当时效温度为400℃时,马氏体板条宽度增加至9.65μm,且基体中无明显逆转变奥氏体生成,室温以及低温(-196℃)冲击吸收能量最低,分别为66.2和25.2 J;当时效温度升高至600℃时,马氏体板条平均宽度降低至5.10μm,逆转变奥氏体相体积分数增至13.8 vol%,由于部分逆转变奥氏体出现了较大的块状结构,无法有效抑制裂纹扩展,导致试验钢的冲击韧性下降,室温和低温(-196℃)冲击韧性分别下降至90.4和33.8 J。00Cr11Ni8Co7Mo3 martensitic steel was prepared by vacuum smelting technology.After forging,solution treatment at 1000℃,and secondary solution treatment at 800℃,the effect of aging treatment at different temperatures(300-600℃)on its microstructure and mechanical properties was studied.The results show that when the aging temperature is 500℃,the average width of the martensite lath in the experimental steel is 8.34μm,and 5.9 vol%film-like reverse austenite is formed between the martensite lath.At this time,the mechanical properties of the experimental steel show the best match of strength and toughness,the yield strength at room temperature and low temperature(-196℃)are 1251.6 MPa and 1508.1 MPa,respectively,and the impact absorbed energy at room temperature and low temperature(-196℃)are 96.2 J and 43.1 J,respectively.When the aging temperature is 400℃,the width of martensite lath increases to 9.65μm,there is no obvious reverse austenite formation in the matrix,and the impact absorbed energy at room temperature and low temperature(-196℃)is the lowest,which are 66.2 J and 25.2 J,respectively.When the aging temperature increases to 600℃,the average width of martensite lath decreases to 5.10μm,and the volume fraction of the reverse austenite phase increases to 13.8 vol%.Because some of the reverse austenite has a large block structure,which cannot effectively inhibit crack growth,the impact toughness of the experimental steel decreases,and the impact toughness at room temperature and low temperature(-196℃)decreases to 90.4 J and 33.8 J,respectively.
