等温球化退火时间对GCr15轴承钢组织性能的影响

摘  要:采用扫描电镜(SEM)、电子背散射衍射(EBSD)技术研究了等温球化退火时间对GCr15轴承钢碳化物球化程度和尺寸分布、铁素体晶粒尺寸及力学性能的影响。结果表明:当等温球化退火时间大于20 h时,实验钢的碳化物球化充分,球化率均达到95%以上,硬度为172.60~186.52 HV0.5。在等温球化退火过程中,碳化物颗粒能独立形核并呈球状长大,当等温时间为22 h时,碳化物颗粒平均尺寸最小,随着等温球化退火时间的延长,碳化物颗粒开始回溶长大。EBSD分析结果表明铁素体晶粒尺寸随着等温球化退火时间增加而缓慢增大,小角度晶界比例减少、大角度晶界比例增加。当等温时间为22 h时,实验钢的抗拉强度最高为688.94 MPa;伸长率最大为28.02%。Effect of isothermal spheroidization annealing time on spheroidization degree and size distribution of carbides,ferrite grain size,and mechanical properties of GCr15 bearing steel was studied using scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and electron backscatter diffraction(EBSD)technique.The results show that when the isothermal spheroidization annealing time is greater than 20 h,the carbides in the experimental steel are fully spheroidized,and the spheroidization rate is above 95%,with a hardness of 172.60 HV0.5-186.52 HV0.5.During the isothermal spheroidization annealing process,the carbide particles can independently nucleate and grow in a spherical shape.When the isothermal time is 22 h,the average size of the carbide particles is the smallest.With the increase of the isothermal spheroidization annealing time,the carbide particles begin to dissolve and grow.The EBSD analysis results show that the grain size of ferrite slowly increases with the increase of isothermal spheroidization annealing time,with a decrease in the proportion of small angle grain boundaries and an increase in the proportion of large angle grain boundaries.When the isothermal time is 22 h,the tensile strength of the experimental steel is the highest of 688.94 MPa,and the elongation is the maximum of 28.02%.
