摘　　要：在数字经济蓬勃发展的时代背景下,软件和信息服务业作为新质生产力的重要组成部分,对于推动经济增长、促进创新发展具有至关重要的作用。以大连软件和信息服务业为研究对象,深入探讨其在“云物大智”背景下的发展现状以及存在的问题,以新质生产力为研究视角,结合大连发展特色,将数字技术与软件和信息服务业发展相结合并提出对策建议,以期为大连软件和信息服务业实现高质量发展提供参考。Against the backdrop of the booming digital economy,the software and information service industry,as a crucial part of new quality productive forces(NQPFs),plays a vital role in driving economic growth and promoting innovative development.Taking Dalian's software and information service industry as the research object,this paper deeply explores its development status and existing problems in the context of"cloud computing,IoT,big data,and artificial intelligence".From the perspective of NQPFs,combined with the development characteristics of Dalian,it integrates digital technology with the development of the software and information service industry and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions,aiming to provide a reference for the high-quality development of Dalian's software and information service industry.
